Special Requirements: Basic DBS Check Blue Arrow Exeter are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Stores Person to work for a leading telecommunication services provider in the UK. We can offer you great working hours, extremely competitive pay rates and career progression opportunities. As a Stores Operative, you will be: * Managing deliveries of a wide range of products, coming in and going out of the warehouse, covering over 1,000 items * Supporting technicians with logging and preparing daily orders and requirements * Picking and packing customer orders * Providing great customer service * Liaising with customers and suppliers over the phone and email * Managing stock levels using an internal scanning system (training provided) * Working collaboratively with colleagues * Adhering to company's Health and Safety regulations Skills and qualifications required: * Previous experience working in the warehouse environment * Customer service experience * Good IT skills (experience using Microsoft Office package and internal warehousing IT systems) * The ability to work independently as well as a part of the team * Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (Blue Arrow will complete this for you) Contract: * You will be employed via Blue Arrow Exeter * You will be paid weekly (every Friday) * You will accrue 28 days on holiday pay per annum In return we offer: * Excellent hourly pay rate for the first 37.5 hours weekly, overtime rate of £22.25 after 37.5 hours weekly * Sociable working hours – 07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday * Career progression opportunities * Depending on your performance, there is an opportunity to receive a permanent contract with the client If this sounds of an interest to you, please call Justin at Blue Arrow Exeter on (phone number removed) or alternatively apply online and we will get back to you.
