Salary: £14.20ph

Location: City Hall, BS1

Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm (3 days a week) till March 2027

This is a support role primarily. The role will support a profoundly deaf and learning disabled member of staff to conduct a wide range of business support and administrative tasks at Bristol City Hall. The role requires attendance at City Hall 3 days a week - currently expected to be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Candidates must have experience supporting colleagues with:

  • email triage
  • post processing
  • database manipulation
  • other office responsibilities

The team supports a wide range of services and an ability to support the individual in a fast-paced office role is essential. A good communicator with attention to detail and patience supporting an employee learning new tasks would suit this role.
