Blue Arrow are currently looking for a support worker to work for a client in the Birmingham area, supporting vulnerable adults facing homelessness.
Hours: Part Time 20 hours
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Job role includes:
- Administrative work: Daily record keeping of contact with your residents, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records
- Plan and deliver individualised support to residents
- Undertake continuous assessment of needs and risks
- First point of call for your residents
- Responsible for covering out of hours calls every other week
- Weekly face to face support with residents
- Managing conflict
- Reporting to management
Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers License and access to vehicle - this role requires you to travel between residents
- An in date ENHANCED DBS disclosure - dated within 12 months or on the update service
- Strong communication skills and professional mannerisms
- Excellent IT skills
