Assembly Operative / Production Operative in Belper, Derbyshire
Pay Rates:
- AM Shift: £14.05 per hour
- PM Shift: £16.02 per hour
- Night Shift: £17.05 per hour

We're looking for Assembly and Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Belper. This is a hands-on role working as part of a busy production team, assembling products, carrying out quality checks and helping keep production running smoothly. Previous manufacturing experience is useful, but not essential, as full training will be given.
What you'll be doing:
- Assembling components and finished products
- Using hand tools and production equipment
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Working to production targets
- Following health and safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
We're looking for people who:
- Have a good eye for detail
- Worked with power tools and hand tools
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work
- Can work well as part of a team
- Are reliable and punctual
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Can follow instructions and work safely

Working Hours:
- Minimum 38 hours per week
- Rotating AM and PM shifts
- Night shifts available
