We are looking for an experienced and driven Events Executive to join our growing Sales & Events team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate events professional with experience in weddings, conferences, banqueting, and corporate events. You'll take ownership of events from initial enquiry through to final execution, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience while driving revenue and maintaining outstanding service standards.

The Role
As Events Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of events. Working closely with clients, suppliers and operational teams, you will ensure every event is executed to the highest standard whilst maximising revenue opportunities.
Event Sales & Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for event enquiries.
Deliver tailored event proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service and consultative selling.
Build strong client relationships from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts and event documentation.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhance event revenue.
Ensure all bookings are commercially viable and financially compliant.
Event Planning & Delivery
Manage events from enquiry to completion with minimal supervision.
Coordinate timelines, floor plans, suppliers, equipment and logistics.
Lead event setup, delivery and breakdown.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues.
Monitor event performance to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and supervise event teams, agency staff and external contractors.
Allocate duties and communicate event expectations clearly.
Provide hands-on support and leadership during events.
Coach and motivate team members to achieve high standards.
Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
