Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you’ll help lead the team, ensure the highest quality of care and education, and play a key role in promoting the nursery and managing occupancy. Responsibilities
- Lead Quality and Compliance: Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted, EYFS, and legislative requirements through high-quality practice, regular audits, and hands-on support in rooms.
- Inspire and Support the Team: Engage actively with children’s learning and development while guiding, developing, and supporting staff across all areas - from daily practice to performance and wellbeing.
- Drive Success and Growth: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing, contributing to a thriving, high-quality setting for children and families.

Job Requirements
In addition to a full Early Years Level 3 qualification and DBS check, the ideal candidate will also have a higher childcare qualification and/or a management or leadership qualification. Please be aware that candidates who do not have the relevant experience cannot be considered.
