Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Hospitality Operations Manager on behalf of a prestigious client in the Glasgow area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong operational experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced catering and events environment. The role is heavily focused on conferences, events, delivered catering services and high-profile functions, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach. Location: Glasgow Pay Rate: 15.38 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week (5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends as required) Contract: Temporary initially, with the potential for a permanent opportunity beyond Christmas The Role Working closely with the Hospitality Operations Management team, you will support the delivery of high-quality catering and hospitality services across multiple venues.
