Join a Market-Leading Manufacturer in Belper. We are recruiting for various roles including Assembly Technician, Assembly Operative, Mechanical Assembler, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operator, Production Technician, and Manufacturing Technician.
Please note that own transport is required if not local to Belper as there is no access to public transport suitable for shift start/finish times.

Pay Rates & Career Progression
- Day Shift: Starting rate: £14.05 per hour, progressing to: £17.75 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: Starting rate: £16.02 per hour, progressing to: £19.72 per hour
- Night Shift: Starting rate: £17.05 per hour, progressing to: £20.75 per hour

Shift Patterns
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30, Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00, Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
- Night Shift: Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00, Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00
Main Duties
- Assembling components and finished products to specification
- Following work instructions, technical drawings, and production processes
- Conducting quality checks and visual inspections
- Using hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
- Packing products ready for distribution and dispatch
- Achieving production targets and KPI requirements
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
- Working collaboratively within a busy production team
Experience & Skills
