We have a role for a temporary administrator for our client based in Aberdeen. This role will last for a minimum of 5 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day office functions.
Previous experience within logistics, transport or warehousing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the management and operations teams.
- Maintain and update employee, driver, customer, and operational records.
- Process timesheets, attendance records, and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Input and maintain data accurately within company systems and databases.
- Update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data protection requirements.
- File and archive documents both electronically and manually.
- Assist with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support operational planning and daily logistics administration where required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
