This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in strengthening and developing our global supply chain across Europe and Asia. We are seeking a flexible, driven candidate with relevant qualifications and a passion for continuous improvement.

Reporting to both the Operations Manager and a Director, you will work closely with our manufacturing, sales, warehouse and R&D teams at our London HQ, as well as supporting global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a Perth-based Director in end-to-end project management from RFQ through to full production, including supplier selection, pricing negotiation, sample management and coordination of information flow.
  • Manage allocated product categories, develop a strong understanding of products, and negotiate improved pricing while ensuring consistent supply.
  • Assist in maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
  • Enter agreed pricing and contract information into the company ERP system.
  • Conduct risk analyses for new and existing suppliers and coordinate actions to minimise supply chain risks.
  • Source new and specialist components for the R&D team.
  • Use reporting tools to analyse supply base performance and identify pricing or process weaknesses.
  • Research and identify new suppliers globally.
  • Manage samples using Trello.
  • Support additional duties as required by management.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain management, or business.
  • Fluent English speaker; additional languages welcome.
  • Experience in purchasing, sourcing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • High attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritise critical issues effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to take clear, structured notes.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and audits.
