Multiskilled Engineer

Must have the following:Full UK Driving LicenseRecognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering QualificationExperience of working in a Food Distribution / Warehouse environment Reporting to the General Manager, to undertake scheduled and reactive maintenance activities within the production, warehouse and offices. Provide a full range of maintenance support for PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues including but not limited to – minor building/plumbing repairs, Electrical/Mechanical trouble shooting and repairs & general maintenance. Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated. Liaise as required with external contractors, overseeing their activities and conform to all H&S regulations and best practices. Attend meetings and workshops. Focus on high customer satisfaction within service level targets. Perform other maintenance duties as requested. Travel may be required occasionally to support subsidiary sites within the M25.
