The Role
We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare. Please only apply if you have the relevant qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
