We are assisting a well known, prestigious client of ours by looking for an experienced Production Supervisor on a temp to perm basis, based on the outskirts of central Taunton. You must have Production Supervisor experience to be considered for this position. Forklift licence is a bonus. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, NO WEEKENDS. £13.50ph, rising to £15.38ph when you transfer across to the client after a successful 12 week temp to perm.
Duties will include:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of output, quality, and efficiency.
- Allocate tasks to team members and coordinate workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and support production staff.
- Ensure ongoing skills development.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback.
