????? The Role
You'll be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen organisation.
Your day-to-day will include:
??? Preparing and cooking fresh food
?? Ensuring excellent presentation and consistency
?? Stock management and rotation
? Following food safety and HACCP procedures
?? Supporting and working alongside the wider kitchen team
?? Delivering outstanding service every day
?? We're Looking For
You could be a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking for your next challenge.
You'll ideally have:
?? Previous chef experience
?? A passion for fresh food
?? Strong organisational skills
?? Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
?? A positive attitude and team-focused approach
?? The ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
