Unlike a traditional telesales role, there is no cold calling involved.
You will be contacting individuals who have already expressed an interest in our services or made an enquiry regarding wills, lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, explain our services, answer basic questions, and arrange appointments for our consultants.
Monday to Thursday 11:00am to 2:00pm £13.00 per hour Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service, appointment setting, telesales, call centre, or administrative role is desirable.
