We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Team Support Administrator to join our team in Woolwich. This is a key position providing front-of-house reception duties and broad administrative support across the office. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings and events
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and restaurant reservations
  • Maintaining office supplies and facilities
  • Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Supporting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
