We are currently recruiting for a School Cleaner to work within a local education setting. This is a key role ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students and staff.
Hours of Work
- 3-4 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Shift time: 15:00 - 19:00 (fixed, not flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
- Wiping down desks, surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilet and washroom facilities to a high standard
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and products are used safely
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
