This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in a successful, seasonal operation. ? The Role Support the Head Chef in leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency Help manage stock control, ordering, and GP targets Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal menu changes Take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture ?
