Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers – Start Date: 17th November 2025

Location: Covering Southampton, New Forest, Salisbury & Bournemouth

Blue Arrow is hiring enthusiastic and reliable delivery drivers for the festive season, working with one of the world\’s most recognisable logistics brands. If you\’re looking for a role that keeps you active, offers variety, and brings a sense of achievement each day – we\’d love to hear from you!
What\’s the role?
You\’ll be delivering 40-60 parcels per day across designated routes in the South. This is a physically active role, ideal for those who enjoy being on the move and working independently. You\’ll be driving a 3.5T Mercedes Sprinter van , so experience with long wheelbase vehicles is essential.
What we\’re looking for:
A full, clean Class B driving licence
Experience driving long wheelbase vans (e.g. Mercedes Sprinter)
Previous multi-drop experience is ideal, but not essential – we welcome fast learners!
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
Awareness of how your role represents the brand
Flexibility with working hours 10:00 – 20:00
Safe driving record
Additional Info:
DBS checks will be applied for by Blue Arrow upon successful application
Evening callback service available – you may receive a call after 17:00
This is a seasonal role starting 17th November 2025 , with potential for regular work
