We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Packing Operative to join our team and play an important role in bringing our products to market. The Role

As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards ready for customer shipment.

  • Loading cheese sticks onto the packing line.
  • Setting up and preparing the Multivac packing machine each day.
  • Replacing packing film as required.
  • Operating and monitoring the metal detection equipment and completing relevant records.
  • Moving packed products between production areas.
  • Erecting cartons and packing cheese sticks into retail packaging.
  • Setting up and operating the date coding machine.
  • Carrying out routine check-weighing procedures.
  • Packing cartons into outer cases, sealing and labelling them.
  • Building pallets of finished goods ready for dispatch.
  • Shrink-wrapping pallets and preparing shipments.
  • Operating equipment safely and following company procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.

About You

Essential
