About the Role:
We\’re looking for an experienced and organised Project Coordinator / Admin to support our fire door projects. You\’ll play a key role in sourcing contractors, managing quotes, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Contractor Sourcing & Coordination:
-
Identify and liaise with reliable fire door contractors and suppliers

Maintain and update our contractor database
-
Schedule works and ensure contractors meet deadlines and compliance requirements

Quote Management:
-
Request, track, and follow up on quotes from multiple contractors
-
Compare pricing and support decision-making on cost-effective solutions
-
Ensure timely communication of quotes to clients

Project Admin Support:
-
Organise and track project schedules, site access, and job completion paperwork

Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and certifications
-
Support the project team with any administrative needs

Essential Experience & Skills:
-
Previous experience in the fire door or fire safety industry

Strong admin and organisational skills
-
Confident in managing quotes, contractor communication, and scheduling

Good knowledge of fire door compliance & Pricing
-
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools
