Blue Arrow Southampton is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for one of the UK\’s leading delivery companies, operating from their Southampton depot. Whether you\’re newly qualified or experienced, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your driving career with a supportive and reputable employer.
What\’s on Offer:
£16.65 per hour
Start times between 20:00 – 22:00
Average of 35 hours per week
Flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday
Uniform and PPE provided
Career progression and internal promotions
Newly qualified drivers welcome
Key Responsibilities:
Complete up to 10 deliveries per shift
Manual loading and unloading (approximately 40% of your shift)
Complete delivery paperwork and use POD systems
Deliver excellent customer service
Candidate Requirements:
Valid Category C licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho
No more than 3 points (minor offences only)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
Good spoken English
Additional Information:
Strict drug and alcohol policy in place with random daily testing
All drivers must pass a driving assessment (theory and practical)
