Luxury retirement village in Romsey, set on 32 acres of beautiful grounds and comprises 155 luxury properties with a Grade II* Tudor Manor house at its centre. The village has its own health club, library, restaurant and care team available on request.
Recruiting for a Chef, 5/7 days, Sun/Mon/Tues only lunch shifts, Wed and Fri between 9am-9pm, Thurs and Sat 9am-6pm, 210 on site but max 40 for Sunday lunch, 30 on the terrace and lots of afternoon teas. 4x in the team.
What you need to be successful in the Chef role:
- Experienced Chef de Partie level having worked in a high quality establishment.
- Experience of working with strict Health and Hygiene regimes.
- Experience of ordering and menu pricing.
- Developing staff and passing on knowledge and skills.
- Must have a passion and love for food.
- An enthusiasm for the role and for the hospitality and leisure industry in general.
