What you'll do:

  • Work closely with other directors to mutually steer the direction of the drink offer for retail and events departments.
  • Keep the brand at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Run the Bar.
  • Constantly maintain and, where necessary, improve standards of service to the satisfaction of our customers and directors.
  • Continue to work with & build on the relationships we have established with our current suppliers.
  • Obtain best prices for commodities commensurate with maintaining the standards required by the directors.
  • Work with a thorough understanding when managing the team adhering to our values as stated within our company handbook.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes if required.
  • Adhere to best practice in hygiene, health and safety.
  • Train junior members of the team.
  • Attend monthly meetings with directors to review the accounts, and other management meetings as directed.
  • Work with front of house to ensure that customers are happy and handle any complaints with tact and honesty.
  • Maintain a happy working atmosphere.
