Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm \n \nLead a High-Profile Facilities Management Contract\n \n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a well-established national facilities management provider. \n Responsible for a multi-site portfolio across Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham , you will oversee the delivery of soft FM services including cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection , ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a proven FM professional looking to join a growing and reputable organisation that offers genuine career progression and a comprehensive benefits package. \n \nThe Role\n \n As Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations. \n This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and a hands-on approach to contract management. \n Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and performance targets. \n Manage contract budgets, forecasting and financial performance. \n Conduct regular audits, site inspections and quality assessments. \n Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies. \n Investigate and resolve customer queries and service issues. \n Monitor workforce performance and support training and development initiatives. \n Produce operational reports and performance updates. \n \n \nAbout You\n \n To be successful in this role, you will have: \n \n Previous experience managing soft FM contracts , particularly cleaning and grounds maintenance services. \n Strong operational and people management experience. \n Budget management and P&L responsibility. \n Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. \n Full UK Driving Licence. \Company Bonus Scheme \n ?
