About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the South of the UK. Ideal for someone with a background in PPE, workwear, or related industries such as hygiene, office supplies, furniture, facilities management (FM), or construction materials.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory, meeting face-to-face with customers to drive new and repeat business.
- Promote a wide range of PPE, uniforms, safety gear, and complementary workplace products.
- Work with current client business opportunities across sectors like construction, manufacturing, logistics, and FM.
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations, consultations, and trials.
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, procurement, technical support) to ensure seamless service.
- Keep accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in PPE, workwear, or closely related product sectors.
- Background in selling to site managers, health & safety officers, procurement leads, or FM teams is highly beneficial.
- Excellent relationship builder with a hunter mentality.
- Strong territory planning and time management skills.
- UK driving license and willingness to travel daily within the South region.
