Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must:? Be a fully qualified Electrician? Hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification? Hold the 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification? Have experience carrying out electrical installation and maintenance works within commercial buildings? Hold a Full UK Driving Licence? Typical sites may include: Office buildingsCommercial premisesRetail unitsSchools and educational facilitiesHealthcare environmentsIndustrial and mixed-use propertiesKey ResponsibilitiesCommercial electrical installations.

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).Reactive electrical maintenance and repairs.

Inspection and testing of electrical systems. Fault finding and diagnostics.

Emergency lighting testing and maintenance.

Distribution board and consumer unit works.

Completing electrical certification and compliance documentation.

Ensuring all works comply with current regulations and Health & Safety standards.

Representing the business professionally whilst on client sites.

Working HoursMonday to Friday.

Full-time permanent role.

Standard day shifts.

Occasional evening and weekend work as required.

Overtime paid for all approved out-of-hours and weekend works.
