Join Our Team - Sales & Lettings Administrator
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Sales Progressor or Lettings & Sales Administrator looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our busy property team and play a key role in our day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands the fast-paced world of property and is ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and tracking daily registrations, with weekly and monthly reporting
- Keeping valuation records accurate and up to date
- Overseeing key management systems, including tagging and audits
- Creating professional valuation front sheets and property details
- Uploading and managing property listings on Reapit
- Handling price updates and property compliance processes
- Ensuring AML, GDPR, and file compliance across sales and lettings
- Carrying out sanction checks and compliance procedures
- Coordinating lettings documentation via DocuSign and following up where needed
- Maintaining office presentation, including window displays and marketing materials
- Managing stationery stock and office organisation
- Supporting sales administration, including memos, invoices, and post
- Coordinating property marketing (photos, floorplans, EPCs)
- Managing board instructions and tracking installations/removals
- Archiving and maintaining accurate filing systems
- Keeping compliance certifications and training up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or Lettings & Sales Administrator (essential)
- Strong understanding of property processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- Confident communication and a proactive approach
