To support collaboration across our sales, product and management teams, the successful candidate will be required to work from the office five days per week. This role does not offer hybrid working, remote working, or work-from-home arrangements.

- We are seeking a talented and creative
Marketing & Design Executive to join a growing and ambitious business within the interiors and home improvement sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with
2-3+ years' experience in graphic design and marketing who is looking to take ownership of a wide variety of creative, digital and marketing projects within a fast-paced environment.
Based full-time in our
Slough office , you will work closely with management, sales and product teams to help drive brand awareness, support product launches and ensure all marketing materials are delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
This is a diverse and hands-on role combining graphic design, website management, marketing communications and social media management.
As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a significant proportion of the company's day-to-day marketing and design output.
Because this position works closely with multiple internal departments and involves regular collaboration with colleagues, it is an office-based role and requires attendance at the Slough office every working day.
No two days are the same.
One day you might be creating technical literature for a new product launch, the next updating website content, designing a brochure, managing social media campaigns or producing artwork for advertising materials.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design and produce brochures, leaflets, advertisements and promotional literature.
- Create artwork for billboards, large-format advertising and outdoor campaigns.
- Produce digital assets for websites, email marketing and online advertising.
- Design point-of-sale materials and showroom displays.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Prepare artwork for professional print production.
- Website Management
- Manage day-to-day website content updates.
- Upload new products, specifications and imagery.
- Update product descriptions and downloadable resources.
- Liaise with external web developers where required.
- Ensure all website content remains accurate and up to date.
- Technical Literature & Product Communications
- Create and update technical specification sheets.
- Produce dimensional drawings and technical product information.
- Create downloadable PDF documents for customers and sales teams.
- Maintain organised marketing and technical asset libraries.
- Produce sales support and product launch materials.
- Brochures & Catalogues
- Create and update brochures and product catalogues.
- Update product codes, descriptions and imagery.
- Liaise with printers, photographers and external suppliers.
- Carefully proof all artwork before publication.
- Product Photography & Image Management
- Coordinate photography requirements.
- Edit, resize and optimise images for web and print.
- Maintain a structured image library.
- Ensure consistent visual presentation across the brand.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging social media content for platforms including Linked In, Instagram and Facebook.
- Upload, schedule and manage social media content.
- Monitor engagement and support ongoing social media activity.
- Create customer email campaigns and marketing communications.
- Produce presentations and support materials for the sales team.
- Assist with exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
You will enjoy juggling multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing, Graphic Design or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
