Job Role - Sous Chef Location: Ascot Hours: This is a full-time contract based on an average 40 hours per week Salary: £50,000 Job description We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team, who shares our passion for exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative kitchen. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role as a sous chef or similar position - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines This is a full-time contract based on an average 40 hours per week - 45 hours during the season April to September and 35 hours per week October to March (excluding breaks).
