We're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This is a varied, high-impact role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves multitasking, engaging with customers, and making things happen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service every time
- Process orders efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manage a diverse product range including roofing, civils, and insulation products
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on quotes
- Upsell products and help maximise revenue across our portfolio
- Coordinate deliveries, optimise transport efficiency, and keep customers informed
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and care
- Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve service and satisfaction
- Provide support across the team, including holiday cover when needed
