Chef de partie needed for a recently refurbished golf & country club in Horsham. They have a spa, golf course and lodges for guests, as well as catering for functions and weddings.
You'll be working in a team of 4 chefs, cooking from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Information on the Chef de partie role:
- Kitchen is open 7am - 9pm, so you will work 8 hours per day, early or late shift
- Good opportunity to develop in a fresh team, catering for exciting functions as well as day to day for the members
- Free use of the facilities on site
- Brand new kitchen and equipment
