We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team, who shares our passion for exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role as a sous chef or similar position
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
This is a full-time contract based on an average 40 hours per week, 45 hours during the season April to September and 35 hours per week October to March (excluding breaks).

The right candidate will have great leadership and people skills and be hungry to push their own development as well as the teams. We need an excellent team player, ready to lead and support colleagues.
