Job Description Chef de Partie – Surrey- £30,000 – Work life balance Chef de partie required for a boarding school in Mickleham area, Surrey. Working for a leading contract catering company this is a 5/7 day week 52 week year. There is a mix of early and late shifts 7am – 3.30pm or 11.30am to 8pm and you would be required to work around 1 in 3 weekends. In the role you will be expected to: Work professionally, efficiently, and safely always in line with company policy Have a good eye for detail, presenting food to the client’s specification Take the initiative and go the extra mile Be passionate about food, service and willing to learn new skills Have a positive attitude and work well individually and as part of the team Benefits: Holiday Pay Pension benefits Permanent contract with a national contract caterer Required skills / experience: Experience as a CDP You will also be expected to have a City & Guilds culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
