Project Manager in Kent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from mobilisation through to completion
- Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
- Organise labour, materials, subcontractors, and resources
- Manage project budgets and commercial reporting
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Attend project and site meetings
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets
- Produce project reports and management information
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project delivery
- Work closely with site supervisors and operational teams
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within construction, engineering, building services, or a technical environment
