Team leader care – Crystal Palace – London – 26k -33k To work in a 26 residents care home with mental health issues and disabilities. 40 hour week working shifts and some weekends. Job Purpose: The Care Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to clients. This involves managing and supervising a team of caregivers, ensuring the team provides compassionate and effective care, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
