Are you a talented and motivated chef with a passion for food and a background in Business & Industry (B&I) catering? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team in Bracknell.

  • A passionate Sous Chef with experience in B&I catering

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine love for creating high-quality, delicious food

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 2 or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
  • NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a B&I setting is highly desirable

Your Role:

  • Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Mentor and support junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to menu planning and innovation using fresh, seasonal ingredients
