?? Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
• Lead and motivate a small kitchen team to maintain excellent food standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Assist with menu planning, stock control, and supplier management

? What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or contract catering environment
• Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• A passion for fresh, innovative food and a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
