Temporary (Potential for the role to become a permanent role) Blue Arrow is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Recruitment Support Consultant
to join our Reading branch on a temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, making outbound calls, building relationships, and uncovering opportunities.

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

We're keen to hear from candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to engage with clients over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to prospective, existing, and lapsed clients.

Building relationships and identifying recruitment opportunities.

Gathering information on hiring needs and workforce requirements.

Booking appointments and generating opportunities for the recruitment team.

Supporting business development activity and maintaining accurate records.

What We're Looking For Confident and professional telephone manner.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.

Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
