A well-established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchen
  • Preparing and cooking fresh food for members and events
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed evenings
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
  • Supporting food cost control while maintaining excellent quality
  • Working closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
  • Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch
