A high-end conference centre with accommodation, located near Maidenhead, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who genuinely enjoys cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This role offers excellent work-life balance with straight shifts, paid overtime, and regular weekends off. You will be part of a professional kitchen producing high-quality food tailored to each client, from elegant finger food and street-food concepts to refined fine dining.
Chef de Partie - Highlights
- £30,000 - £31,000 per annum (DOE)
- 40 hours per week
- Straight shifts only - 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm
- Overtime paid
- At least 1 weekend off per month
- Closed for 7 days over Christmas
