A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Restaurant/Café Supervisor to join a popular and well-established Garden Centre café in the Windsor / Maidenhead area. Position: Café/Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Windsor / Maidenhead

Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

As Café Supervisor, you will support the Café Manager with the day-to-day running of a thriving, high-footfall restaurant. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, leading the team during service, and ensuring customers enjoy a warm, welcoming experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Café Manager with daily operations and team supervision
  • Leading by example to deliver consistently excellent customer service
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety
  • Supervising and supporting the team during peak service periods
  • Working confidently and independently when required
  • Encouraging a positive, supportive, and flexible team culture

About You

Full training will be provided, so extensive supervisor experience isn’t essential. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and passion for helping customers and colleagues.
