Location: Reading

Schedule: Part-time - Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm

Pay rate: £13.00

Join our Front of House/Admin team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding service to clients, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Customer Service - Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Event & Conference Coordination - Support the planning and execution of meetings, functions, and catering services.
  • Administrative Support - Handle invoicing, scheduling, documentation, and departmental communication.
  • Accommodation & Booking Management - Assist with guest reservations and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping - Maintain adherence to health, safety, and business policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, administration, or event management is a plus.
