Salary: £13.25 to £15.25
The role: Your knowledge will inspire your team and delight guests. Running a unique restaurant within a Themed Hotel. Your role is essential to the food and beverage department and your team. This is not just a job for you, as you are doing what you love surrounded by a team of people who feel the same.
Key information:
- Working 3 days a week mostly evening shift from PM to AM
- Leading a team of assistant managers, supervisors, senior waiting staff and junior waiting staff
Key responsibilities include:
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve highest levels of service excellence and positive staff relations
- Maintaining a high profile with customers and staff in the restaurant throughout the hotel
- Communicating the detail of the menu and celebrating the ethos to all guests
- Ensure a smooth, efficient and high service focused operation
- Control and project strong and seamless interdepartmental co-ordination with all other F&B outlets, their managers, and staff
- To manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, with support of a talented team of supervisors and assistants
- Achieve high standards of cleanliness and Health & Safety regulations both back and front of house
- Work closely with the F&B Manager
