Your Role
- Manage day‑to‑day bar operations across multiple venues
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of student bar staff
- Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and safety standards
- Maintain high levels of customer service and team performance
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordinationHandle payment systems and financial procedures
- Innovate with drinks menus, promotions, and service ideas
