We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dedicated kitchen team delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings and special events. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations
- Take ownership of a designated section and ensure smooth service

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
