We are pleased to be working with our client who are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team. The role is office based and covering Norfolk properties, so a driving licence is essential for this role with the knowledge and/or practical work of the property maintenance and repairs work. This is an exciting role working with a great supportive team. If you enjoy problem solving and are hands on with your own property repairs we would also like to hear from you as training can be provided for the right candidate.
The role:
- Provide and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across sites in Norfolk.
- Handle both reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
- Coordinate external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and supporting compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and advise site managers on maintenance as well as safety issues in the absence of the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager.
- Contribute to strategic planning by attending team meetings.
Hours: 37.5 hours weekly.
Requirements:
- To have or happy to have an enhanced DBS check.
- Driving Licence.
- Property maintenance/repairs knowledge or background is an advantage.
