Sales Consultant – Monmouthshire

Are you passionate about helping customers and delivering a relaxed, friendly sales experience? We\’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Monmouthshire team!
What You\’ll Be Doing:
– Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional, approachable manner
– Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
– Creating quotations and managing orders using the SAP system
– Booking deliveries and managing stock availability
– Supporting the team to maintain a well-presented showroom
What We\’re Looking For:
– Experience in a customer-facing or sales role
– Familiarity with SAP or similar systems (preferred)
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– A positive, team-oriented attitude
– Ability to work on a rota including Saturdays
Experience:
You do not need prior industry experience before you join as we provide a comprehensive training program to familiarize you with our product range. Having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, sales driven, have the ability to prioritize tasks, have excellent communication both written and verbally, high levels of organization and be computer literate with a good understanding of basic maths
