Class 2 Driver

At Blue Arrow we are looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers on a temporary basis for our prestigious client.Opportunities for ongoing work are available for the right candidates.Pay rates are as follows:Dayshift – £15phRates increase after 12 weeks service.The role will be Monday to Friday work starting between 05:00AM – 06:30AM with shifts generally lasting between 10-12 hours each day.Due to the nature of the role there will be heavy handballing and unloading as you will be delivering kegs and other beer/wine products to restaurants and pubs around the North East.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesAs a LGV Category C Driver you will:* Complete pre departure vehicle checks* Transport goods between planned sites and drops* Complete paperwork and follow compliance* Adhere to tachograph and working times rulesQualificationsIn order to process your application, you must have the following:* HGV Class 2 entitlement* CPC* Digi tacho cardWe cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DU on a licence.So, if you're looking for an exciting new challenge as a LGV C Driver that will provide opportunities to explore new routes, then apply with us today.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
