We're currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to support fantastic nursery settings in Newbury and the surrounding areas. Pay Rates:
- Level 2 Practitioner - £15.00 per hour
- Level 3 Practitioner - £18.00 per hour
Flexible Working Pattern:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Monday to Friday

Your Day-to-Day Role:
- Deliver fun, engaging activities that encourage children's learning and development
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical growth
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and monitor children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning
What You'll Need:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
- A valid Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A positive and reliable approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children during their crucial early years
